Questions about pricing
What do I get on the Free plan?
Every week you can tailor 3 CVs, write 3 cover letters and run 3 interview preps, using the Classic and Minimal templates. No card is needed. The job tracker and the other templates are part of Pro.
How does the Pro free trial work?
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card to start it, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before day 14, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, Pro starts automatically and your card is charged.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The price you see includes VAT (IVA) where it applies, and that is the total you pay.
How do I cancel?
Open Account settings and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel in a few clicks, at any time. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. If you cancel later, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is Pro really unlimited?
Yes. There are no weekly limits on CVs, cover letters or interview prep, and the job tracker is included. A generous monthly fair-use ceiling exists only to stop automated abuse, and normal job seekers never reach it.
Can I get a refund?
If you are charged and have not used Pro, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you. See our Terms for details.
What file formats are supported?
Upload your resume as a PDF or DOCX file (max 5 MB). You download the tailored version as a clean PDF.
How does the AI tailor my resume?
It reads your existing resume and the job description, then rewrites and reorders your content to improve keyword match and ATS score, without inventing experience.
